High praise for Novotel Christchurch Airport

Novotel Christchurch Airport has received high praise for its hosting of the recent South Island WoodWorks 2023 Conference.

Organised by Innovatek Limited, the two-day event saw multiple trade displays held in the Tekapo Room with the adjacent Manapouri Room set up for plenary sessions  for 160 delegates.
“As event managers with over 30 years’ experience, we’ve run over 500 conferences,” said Innovatek director, John Stulen. “Your venue and service team met or exceeded our expectations in so many respects. Thanks very much to Mirelle to her events team for being very welcoming on setup day as well as being attentive to our needs all through the event. Your advice on the choice of rooms for conferencing and exhibition space was spot on.”

Catering for anything from fly-in, fly-out board meetings, theatre-style conferences for 200 or banquets for 120, Novotel Christchurch Airport’s meeting rooms come with expansive views across the airport and out to the Southern Alps. Four larger conference rooms on the sixth floor are full of natural light with floor to ceiling windows and views of the runway and Southern Alps. Another four meeting rooms located on the mezzanine level work well for board meetings or breakout spaces. The restaurant, bar and private dining room lend themselves well to conference lunches during the day and private dining options.

Hind Management and Novotel Christchurch Airport Hotel are holding an Open Day on Thursday 1 June. If you’d like to attend please RSVP HERE.
