Distinction Hamilton Hotel & Conference Centre  have recently refurbished 53 of their 147 hotel rooms. The hotel’s new, refurbished Superior King Rooms have been designed to feature a modern, chic & contemporary vibe. Guests will be treated to upgraded, luxury king beds combined with sumptuous linen ensuring a restful night’s sleep, plush new carpet, comfortable armchairs and a work desk, 49” flat screen televisions, free unlimited WiFi and individually controlled heat pumps/air conditioning.

Rather than disposing of the furniture and furnishings that once comforted travellers during their stay, it will instead be given a new life. The Distinction Hotels Group has given this furniture to various community groups at a nominal charge with the assistance of disposal expert Alex Tuia. The wooden cabinetry removed from the rooms was gifted to the Hard Technologies Department at Rototuna Junior High School.

Complementing these refurbishments is Distinction Hamilton’s quality conference centre, located only metres from the new superior rooms which can host up to 600 delegates. Distinction Hotel Coming to Christchurch
